Terms of Service

1. The service

Pic2Mesh is a tool that creates a 3D model from a single 2D photo with AI. When you upload an image it is sent to a third-party AI provider that builds the model, and you can then view and download the result.

Model quality depends on your input image and the AI model, and results may contain errors or need further editing. We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service.

2. Accounts

• You can try the service with a few free runs per day without signing in. Once the free runs are used you need to sign in (email and password, or Google/Facebook when enabled).
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity in your account.
• We may lock or delete accounts that break these terms or show signs of abuse (for example trying to get around the free-run limits or interfering with the payment system).

3. Points and top-ups

• Points are a unit used inside the service. They are not money and cannot be converted back into money. Each run costs a number of points that is shown clearly before you create.
• You can get points by topping up (Vietnamese bank transfer with a QR code, in VND) or by watching ads when that feature is on. Points are added automatically when you pay in ONE transfer an amount exactly equal to the requested amount and the transfer note contains the exact top-up code issued by the system. If you transfer a different amount, transfer several times, or use a wrong code, points are not added automatically; we will check and handle it manually (we may ask for your transfer receipt).
• A run that fails because of a system error or an error at the AI provider is refunded in points.
• Points you have bought are not refundable as money, except where the law requires it or where we made a mistake recording the transaction.
• We may change prices (points per run), the conversion rate and the number of free runs; changes do not reduce the points you already have.

4. Content you upload

• Only upload images you own or have the right to use, and you are responsible for that content. You keep all rights in your images.
• You grant us permission to process your image (store it, send it to the AI provider, create and store the model) only to provide the service to you.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy, sexual content involving minors, extreme violence, or content meant to deceive or cause harm.
• We may remove infringing content and lock the related account without notice.

5. Generated models

We do not claim ownership of the models created from your images. However, AI output can be similar across users, and ownership of AI-generated work depends on local law and on your rights to the original image. We do not guarantee that a model is suitable for commercial use; assess this yourself before using it.

6. Storage and deletion

• Images and models are deleted automatically after about 30 days to save space. Download the files if you want to keep them longer.
• You can delete single items or your whole history at any time; the files are deleted immediately, but transaction information (runs used, the points ledger) is kept to apply limits and for reconciliation.

7. Fair use

Do not use the service to: attack, scan or overload the system; automate runs to avoid limits; resell access; or obtain points or free runs by fraud.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you topped up in the last 3 months.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
